Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Have Fun!, operated by JGVM LTDA ("we", "us", or "our"), available at gohavefun.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You may use certain features of the Service as a guest without creating an account. To access all features, you must create an account using a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

The Service offers three tiers:

• Free: Available to all registered users at no cost, with usage limits as described on the pricing page.
• Plus: A paid subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited categories, logs, and feedback access.
• Premium: A paid subscription that includes everything in Plus, plus API-powered search and import for all special category types, and any new features developed in the future that are designated as Premium features.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to change with notice.

4. Free Trial

Paid plans may include a 2-day free trial. No payment is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan. You can cancel at any time from your profile page.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (categories, items, lists, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit content at scale

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all content created by us, is owned by JGVM LTDA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JGVM LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
