This Privacy Policy describes how JGVM LTDA ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Have Fun!, available at gohavefun.app (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
• User content: Categories, items, tags, spin logs, and other content you create within the Service.
• Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics data about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions performed, via PostHog.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically when you access the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Analyze usage to improve the Service
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is stored in servers located in the United States unless otherwise configured.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog uses cookies and local storage to track usage patterns. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the Service.

We do not use advertising cookies or share tracking data with advertisers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• PostHog — analytics (posthog.com/privacy)

6. Your Rights

Under Brazilian law (LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain data processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on all database tables, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
